Portal constructions

COORD3 gantry measuring machines are built using the most advanced design technology and offer a wide range of sizes.

They can be equipped with various scanning systems, from single point touch probes to contact scanning and non-contact laser scanning systems. The sensors can be quickly and automatically changed to suit the operator's needs, achieving higher measurement performance and saving time. The system can be supplemented with temperature compensation, a safe zone monitoring system, various fixtures or robotic systems to provide a fully automated workplace.

Bridge structures

Bridge measuring machines have excellent performance in measuring large-scale objects.

This type of design allows operators to have full access to the work area and is ideal for use in heavy industry (aerospace, automotive and energy sectors).

The MCT range of bridge machines offers users a large choice of measuring ranges up to 20m in X-axis size, with single or dual drive systems for increased stability and accuracy.

Smaller models can also be supplied with an integrated monolithic table, eliminating the need for special foundations and providing the ability to easily relocate the machine to a new site in the future.

Horizontal construction

Horizontal structures are ideal for measuring thin-walled components such as sheet metal body parts, vehicle glass, dashboards or for inspecting large bulky parts such as engine blocks, castings, etc.

This range of measuring instruments is designed for workshop operation. It can be fitted with a cast iron or granite work surface or recessed directly into the floor of the production hall. All systems are available with one or two columns in various sizes.
