Instruments for measuring roughness
ACCRETECHs high-precision surface measuring instruments are particularly useful where surface roughness affects the functionality of parts. ACCRETECH's portfolio of roughness gauges ranges from small, compact, handheld instruments, to laboratorygrade, stationary roughness gauges, to CNC machines for fully automatic measurement.
Instruments for contour measurement
ACCRETECH SURFCOM NEX modular, automated systems are optionally equipped with a roughness detector, contour detector or hybrid measurement detector that can evaluate both contour and roughness within a single measurement path. The patented linear technology enables highly accurate touch measurement even at high measurement speeds. The ACCTee software offers convenient, user-friendly operation with the measured curve, including 14 comparison with dxf model.
Instruments for measuring shape deviations of rotating components
ACCRETECH RONDCOM circular measuring machines feature an accuracy of less than 0.1 μm, a wide range of machine sizes, fully automatic measurement, surface roughness and rotating part diameters. The machine can be equipped with an anti-vibration table to eliminate unwanted external influences during measurement.
ACCTee
The sophisticated ACCTee software provides convenient control of ACCRETECH machines, including the creation of graphical reports, CNC programs, connectivity with automated systems, data export for statistical evaluation, etc. The ACCTee software is supplied in Czech language (of course, all more widely used, world languages are available).
ATC - Tool Throw Detection System
Worldwide patented Inline sensor measuring device for machine tools. ATC is a tool runout detection system that detects abnormal circumferential tool imbalance and stops the machine before a machining error occurs. The goal is to minimize product mismatches and, of course, save significant costs.
