Universal length gauges TRIMOS HC3 / HC4 / HC5
The TRIMOS HC3, HC4 and HC5 are universal measuring instruments designed for calibrating gauges such as rings, roller mandrels, thread gauges or end gauges. They are suitable for use in workshops and calibration laboratories and comply with EN ISO 9000 standards. Thanks to their sophisticated design and superior engineering, they provide high measurement accuracy and reliability.
The instruments have a wide measuring range from 500 to 3000 mm, with the entire range available without the need for additional adjustment. The ergonomic design and intuitive controls ensure easy handling and increased productivity. They are equipped with a computer, LCD screen and Trimos-WinDHI software for efficient management.
The cast iron construction of the instruments ensures high stability and excellent vibration damping, which contributes to more accurate results. The absence of air bearings means they are less maintenance intensive and do not require compressed air, reducing operating costs. A reliable mechanical bearing system minimises the risk of failure and ensures long equipment life even in demanding conditions.

MFP 50 and MFP 50BV
These measuring instruments cover an application range from 0 to 50 mm and provide a high resolution of 0.01 μm, ensuring maximum measurement accuracy. The reversal range is less than 0.15 μm, and the repeatability of results is below 0.1 μm. The measurement uncertainty is 0.08 μm + 1 × 10⁻⁶ × L. The MFP 50 weighs 25 kg, while the MFP 50BV weighs 27 kg.
The specialized DIALTEST 8 software is used to control the instruments and evaluate measured data efficiently.
MFP 100 and MFP 100BV
Designed for measurements from 0 to 100 mm, these instruments offer the same high resolution of 0.01 μm, repeatability below 0.1 μm, and a measurement uncertainty of 0.08 μm + 1 × 10⁻⁶ × L. The MFP 100 weighs 60 kg and the MFP 100BV 75 kg.
Operating in both semi-automatic and fully automatic modes, these systems are suitable for a variety of measuring instruments including electronic probes. They provide precise positioning with accuracy better than 0.1 μm and speeds exceeding 1 mm/s. The DIALTEST 8 software allows customized test plans, supports force measurement during test object assembly, and offers easy handling thanks to a movable light camera. IKF100D Vertical Length Gauge
This instrument is designed for calibration of measuring devices with high accuracy. It is suitable for checking roller and threaded gauges, end gauges, balls, and other manufactured parts up to 100 mm in diameter.
Featuring a high resolution of 0.01 μm and a constant measuring force, it ensures excellent repeatability of results. Its compact design includes an integrated display unit (PU2) for convenient use directly in the production environment. The measuring taps are interchangeable with an M 2.5 thread, and the PU26 interface allows further storage of measured data.
Calibration Instrument for Threaded Calipers KPE 30
The KPE 30 provides a direct measuring range of 30 mm and guarantees extreme accuracy by adhering to the Abbé principle, ensuring measurement results are unaffected by operator influence.
Ideal for mobile use, it features a PU26 display with touch control for easy readability and external operation. The measuring force is adjustable from 0.1 N to 3 N.
Users can choose between fixed or adjustable interchangeable measuring touches, including flat ones (diameters 8 mm or 10 mm). The instrument supports both roller and threaded gauges with tilt capability.
